你考试的时候为什么作弊？

但电话中的明显是属于诈骗行为，触犯了法律，这时候要用“defraud”这个词了，一般用于骗取权利、金钱、财产等。

e.g. Do not defraud your neighbor or rob him.

不可欺压你的邻舍，也不可抢夺他的物。

e.g. He pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to defraud the government.

他对阴谋诈骗政府的指控供认不讳。
